Overview:

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer is a creative professional who focuses on designing and improving user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) for digital products such as websites, mobile apps, and software applications. Their primary goal is to make products functional, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly.

What You'll Do

  • User ResearchConduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze research data to create user personas and journeys.
  • Wireframing and PrototypingDesign wireframes (low-fidelity blueprints) that outline the structure of a product. Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and flow.
  • Visual DesignCreate aesthetically pleasing designs, including typography, color schemes, and layouts. Ensure designs align with branding guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Usability TestingTest designs with real users to gather feedback and refine the product. Identify usability issues and propose improvements.
  • CollaborationWork closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life. Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively.

What You'll Bring

  • Design ToolsProficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Prototyping ToolsExperience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Marvel.
  • Front-End Knowledge (Optional but beneficial)Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • User-Centered DesignStrong understanding of principles like accessibility, usability, and responsiveness.
  • Problem-SolvingAbility to identify design challenges and craft innovative solutions.
