What You'll Do

  • Data Collection and Cleaning:Gather data from multiple sources, such as databases, APIs, or Excel files. Perform data cleaning to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Data Analysis:Use statistical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, or Excel) to analyze datasets. Identify trends, patterns, and insights that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Visualization and Reporting:Create dashboards, charts, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. Prepare reports summarizing findings for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with other teams such as marketing, finance, or operations to address data needs. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving data processes.
  • Learning and Development:Gain experience with data analytics tools, machine learning models, and statistical methodologies. Stay updated with emerging trends in data analytics and technology.

What You'll Bring

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
  • Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication to present findings clearly. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Educational Background:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Other Desirable Attributes:Curiosity and eagerness to learn. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a bonus.
